As the Managing Director of All About HR, I bring extensive experience in providing a full range of Human Resources services to businesses of varying sizes and industries. I am proud to have earned a BComm HR degree from The University of Johannesburg and further specialised through a post-graduate diploma in Labour Law. Additionally, I am a qualified Skills Development Facilitator with experience as an HR Manager/Generalist.

As a consultant, I prioritise flexibility in my approach. My 15 years of experience working with SME clients have shown that a supportive and affordable HR solution is crucial for their success.
Whether offering comprehensive HR consultancy or working on a specific project, such as a redundancy program, I provide practical and professional support to help clients achieve their HR goals.
I strongly believe in the importance of establishing effective people practices from the outset to allow clients to focus on growing their business. I am known for being pragmatic, clear, direct, knowledgeable, and approachable.
In 2017, I took the opportunity to start my own company with a commitment to work with clients who are dedicated to improving their people practices, and to make work enjoyable.
